We operate haitu.im. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it. Plain language.

What we collect

  • Email address when you join the waitlist or contact us.
  • Standard server logs (IP, browser, timestamps) for security and aggregate analytics.
  • Cookies / local storage strictly necessary for site function. Optional analytics cookies require your consent.

What we do with it

  • Email you about product launches and capability releases. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Aggregate, non-identifying analytics to understand site usage.
  • We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Service providers: we use Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Plausible or Vercel Analytics (privacy-respecting analytics). These vendors process data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms.

Your rights: request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@haitu.im. California residents have rights under CCPA; EU/UK residents have rights under GDPR — we honor both.

Children: not directed at users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes: we update this policy as the product grows. Material changes will be emailed to waitlist subscribers.

Service description. haitu.im is a pre-launch waitlist site providing educational and informational content about investing, market news, research tools, and related technology. It is not investment advice and does not create a fiduciary or advisory relationship.

No investment advice. Nothing on haitu.im constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old.

Acceptable use.Don’t reverse-engineer, scrape, abuse, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property. All content, code, branding, and trademarks are proprietary to us unless explicitly attributed. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.

No warranty.The site is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Governing law. Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts.

Changes. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
